My stay at Mayfair House was absolutely delightful. The rooms were spacious, modern, and had fantastic amenities, making it a great place for relaxation. The service was outstanding, with the staff being friendly and accommodating. The location was ideal, within walking distance of many main attractions in London. However, some areas of the location seemed a bit in need of an upgrade. The dining experience was not applicable in my case, but the overall quality of the hotel was top-notch.
The hotel rooms were really comfortable and clean, but unfortunately, the interactions between employees seemed unpleasant. The service was exceptional with extremely helpful and polite staff, although the lift situation was a bit inconvenient. The location is excellent, being in Central London and close to Hyde Park. Unfortunately, some areas were described as a bit grubby and in need of an upgrade. There were no specific comments about the dining experience.
The hotel's rooms are quite small, making it a tight fit on the beds. The cleanliness after the final cleaning was not as expected, and there was no refund for early check-out due to a specific policy related to children, which was confusing. The staff's flexibility and pleasant demeanor were highlights, but there were instances of incorrect room knocks. The location is bustling with activity and very convenient for exploring Mayfair and nearby attractions. Dining options suited me well, and the fresh products were a plus.
The hotel offers very comfy rooms with modern amenities like 2 LCD, Blu-ray player, iPod dock, big sofa, and more, making the stay comfortable. However, the rooms are a bit tiny, and it is worth considering their sister property at 20 Hertford House for a more spacious experience. The location is superb, close to everything, and the service is top-notch with friendly and helpful staff.
